What are best NFL picks against the spread
Best NFL picks against the spread are selected NFL value bets from our simple NFL betting model, which calculates spreds and totals. The best NFL bets of the week are always the highest value bets based on our NFL betting model. If there is enough big difference between our projected numbers (5-7 for spreads and 10 for totals), this is a qualifying NFL bet.

In 2018 I have created an NFL betting model, mostly because I wanted to help our members. NFL is very interesting because it is a sharp and big market sport. It is also very challenging because there is a very small amount of games in one season and even if you are +EV it can happen that you win/lose because of pure luck. So, I started to improve the model and focus on CLV, which is positive. The model is available in the course, but I am very excited about future updates because I learn more and more about this betting market.

Betting on American Football: An Age-Old Tradition
American football betting has been around almost as long as American football. In the earliest days of college football, betting would take place between the passionate individuals who followed it earnestly.
Today, the betting world has changed, and you can find American football betting tips almost anywhere. Understanding the basics of betting has never been more simple, and NFL expert picks make betting on American football that much easier.
There are three primary ways of betting on American football:
- Moneyline betting
- The spread
Moneyline betting is the simple bet of which team you think will win the game. The odds can change in a Moneyline bet, but you can bet as much or as little as you want. As with most bets, the more you risk, the more you can win.
Totals betting requires NFL predictions, where you try to guess the points at the end of the game. But you aren’t betting on just one team; with total betting, you bet on the cumulative amount of points that each team will score during the game.
Understanding the Spread
And finally, the point spread, or the spread, depends on the number of points each team is favored (or not favored) by, a number published by the sportsbook. Then you bet on what you think will happen. The favored team wins by more than predicted, less than predicted, or the underdog wins.
